3 GUILT BUSTER SWEET RECIPES

 

If you have a sweet tooth but feel guilty whenever you eat something loaded with calories, try these recipes. They are delicious but don’t disrupt your fitness efforts.

 

ChocoWal

Ingredients

  • 1 CUP DARK CHOCOLATE
  • CUP ROASTED WALNUTS
  • PARCHMENT PAPER
  • HIMALAYAN  SALT

Recipe

  • Melt chocolate in microwave or double boiler
  • (Best way is to heat till it has few chocolate chunks, then stir it continuously till all the chocolate is melted)
  • Mix in roasted walnuts (Tip: Crush walnuts for better crunch)
  • Put one spoon full on parchment paper.
  • Cool it till it sets.
  • Sprinkle some Himalayan salt on it.

Curd Mania

Ingredients

  • 1 CUP HUNG CURD
  • 2 TBSP HONEY
  • 4 TBSP FRUIT PUREE (MANGO/BLUEBERRY/KIWI ETC)
  • CHIA SEEDS
  • PARCHMENT PAPER

Recipe

  • Mix in hung curd, honey and fruit puree
  • Take a spoon and scoop on parchment paper
  • Sprinkle chia seeds
  • Freeze it till set

Cheesy Treat

Ingredients

  • 1 bowl cheese (homemade paneer)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Recipe

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  • You can beat it as well
